At Voltas, we strive to ensure your home is perfectly equipped with high-quality appliances and decor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Voltas account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts to ensure the product is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
